  1. Prepare 250 gms of moong daal.
  2. Prepare 1 ltr of Water.
  3. Prepare 1.5 tbs of Salt.
  4. It's 2 tbs of Peprica powder.

  6. You need 2 tbs of oil for trka.
  7. Prepare 1 of onion.
  8. It's 2 tbs of ginger and green chilli paste.

  12. It's 1.5 ltr of Water for boiling.

Bring dal, water, and salt to a boil. Chapatti fried in butter makes a nice accompaniment and alternative to the basmati rice or brown rice standard. Hing can be stored in a well sealing jar.   4. Add 1ltr water and add moong daal.cook over low flame for 40 minute..
  5. Moong daal is ready..
  6. Boil water and add 30 minute soaked rice..
  7. Boil them finely..
  8. Ready to serve it..
