- Take a pan and add washed moong dal and water.
- Keep it to boil on medium heat.
- Boil it until dal tenders a bit and water completely evaporates.
- Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
- Drain and blend the dal to coarse paste.
- Add all ingredients except oil.
- Mix it well and divide mixture in to 12 equal portion.

- Heat the non stick tawa on medium heat and grease tawa with 1/2 tsp oil.
