- It's 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Amchur(dry mango) powder.
- Prepare 2 of Bread slices.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's as needed of Clarified butter for frying.

- Wash and boil the green moong dal in a pressure cooker with one cup of water after three whistle turn off the flame..

- Soak the bread in the water squeeze the bread and mix well..

- Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the kabab in a medium flame..
