- In water soak moong dal for overnight.
- In a mixer jar add moong dal, grated ginger, chilli, spinach, water as required.
- Grind it into fine paste, transfer into a bowl add salt don't add water here mix well...
- Prepare dosa in a cast iron tawa flip it and cook both sides.. ready to serve with chutney...
