Ingredients of Green gram dal ladoo(moong dal)
- You need 1 cup of split green gram(green moong dal).
- You need 1 cup of powdered sugar.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of ghee (clarified butter).
- Prepare 2 teaspoons of fresh milk.
- You need 2 teaspoons of cardamom powder.
- It's 10-12 of chopped cashew nuts.
Yellow moong dal is extremely light and easy to digest. So Green gram dal fry has now become a common side dish at home. Its really healthy and rich without any fatty items like cream, milk or butter! You can make dal fry or dal tadka with split moong (de husked though) or even moong dal kichdi.

- Let the mixture cool slightly. Take about 2 tablespoon of mixture and make ladoos. Let it cool completely..
- Store it in an air tight container..
