Ingredients of Moong Dal Pudla
- It's 3/4 cup of Green Moon Dal.
- You need 1/4 cup of Parimal Rice.
- It's 1/2 cup of water to soak Dal & Rice.
- You need 8 leaves of Spinach.
- You need 1/2 inch of Ginger.
- It's 4 of medium sized spicy Green Chillies.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Salt.
- It's As per taste of Chutney or Sauce of your choice for serving.

Moong Dal Pudla step by step
- Soak Dal & Rice in water for 2 hours..
- Drain the water, add Rice & Dal to mixer jar. Add spinach, ginger, chillies and salt..
- Churn until nice smooth batter is achieved, add water as required..
- Heat your pan and pour 1/4 cup of batter. Drizzle some oil, place the lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins. Gradually you'll see the sides peeling from the pan..
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Healthy and delicious Pudla are ready, serve with your preferred chutney. You can sprinkle some Chaat masala or Magic masala to enhance the taste. Enjoy your healthy meal!.
