- It's 1 Cup of Whole Moong.
- It's 2-3 tsp of Rice Or 2-3 tsp rice flour.

- Wash whole moong with 2-3 water and soak them for 7-8 hours. If you are using rice in this recipe then soak it along with moong..
- Transfer moong and rice to grinding jar, add green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves. Grind them until semi-thick and consistency same as regular dosa batter. (I had coriander leaf paste so I added after grinding).
