  1. In a bowl add half cup moong dal.Wash it & soak it for 2 hours..
  2. After that drain the water,add it into a mixer jar including ginger piece, garlic cloves, green chillies and curd.And grind into a fine paste.(little bit water can be added if needed).
  3. Now take the paste out into a bowl.Add 1/4 cup water & adjust consistency.Add salt, heeng & coriander leaves and mix well..
  4. Heat up a small pan on low heat, brush with drop of oil. Spread 1 big tbs of batter,upon that add finely chopped onion,grated paneer and let it cook for 2 mins by covering a lid..
  5. Now flip it over and allow it to cook from this side too..
  6. Once it is done take it out in a plate and Repeat the same procedure with others too..
  7. Sprinkle some grated paneer on the top of it.Enjoy with curd & coriander chutney..
