Ingredients of Moong dal Bhajia
- Prepare 11/2 cup of yellow moong dal.
- Prepare 6 of green chillies.
- You need 1 pc of Ginger.
- You need 1 tbsp of crushed coriander seeds.
- It's 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Hing.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- It's as required of coriander leaves.
- Prepare As needed of Oil for frying.
Drain soaked dal and wet grind not too fine. Mix in all other ingredients, except oil to deep fry. - Wash & Soak the moong dal for around 2hrs..
- Then strain and put in a mixer jar.
- Add green chillies and ginger and grind with very less water..
- Transfer to a bowl..

- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Make bhajias with hand or spoon...big or small as per your choice....
- Fry it on medium to high flame.
