Ingredients of Floral yellow split moong dal dhokla
- Prepare 1 cup of soaked split yellow moong dal.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's to taste of Sugar.
- It's 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- You need 1/2 cup of curd.
- You need 1 tbsp of butter or oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of mustard seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of Curry leaves.
- You need 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
- You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of eno.
- You need 2-3 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger.

- Take a mixer jar. Add soaked daal, 1 green chilli, small piece of ginger. Blend it into smooth batter..
- Pour the batter in a bowl. Add 1/2 tbsp salt sugar and baking soda mix it well and keep it aside for 10 mnts..
- After 10 mnts, grease mould.
- Divide batter in two equal parts. Add few drops of green food colour in one portion. Add fruit salt mix well..
- Add one by one layer of each flavour in mould. Take a toothpick mark lines on the topper layer of batter in opposite direction look like as flower..
- Microwave it for 7 to 10 mnts..
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp of butter or oil. Add mustard seed let it crackel add curry leaves and 2 slit green chillies then add a cup of water. Add sugar, salt.make it a boil.
- Switch off the gas and add lemon juice. Pour this tadka on dhokla and keep it aside for 10 mnts.
- Dhokla is ready serve with green chutney.
