- You need 2 tsp of Chopped hara dhania( coriander leaves).
- It's 1 tsp of ghee.
- Prepare 1 tsp of jeera / cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 tbs of tamarind chutney(sweet).

- First wash and soak moong daal for 2-3 hours..
- Then heat a pan. add ghee, jeera, adrak green chilli. Keep stir..
- Add dal and all spices.Add some water and cover it..
- Cook for 5-10 min. Keep stir and cook..
- Check it when cook. Off the flame..
- Then add lemon juice, hara dhania, meethi chutney(tamarind)..
- Mix well.garnish with coriander and serve.y ou can add pomegranate in it..
