- It's 2 tbsp of rice.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of cumin.

- Prepare 4 of green chilli.
- It's 2 tbsp of green coriander leaves.
- You need 1 tsp of hing.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- You need of Oil needed for frying.

Moong Dal Fritters instructions
- Soak dal & rice for 2/3 hours then wash & rinse well.
- Now add dal & rice along with cumin,ginger,green chilli & coriander leaves.
- Make a thick batter then add hing & salt to taste & mix well for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan take small amount of batter in your palm & put them in hot oil.
- Make all pakodas likewise then serve hot pakodas with green chutney or any sauce.
