Split moong dal chilla step by step

  1. Take a bowl add daal wash 2-3 times..and soak for 2 hours...
  2. Now after 2 hours add it in mixer jar,add ginger,garlic and green chilli and coriander leaves..and grind to make a smooth paste.
  3. Now transfer in a bowl add salt..and now heat non-stick tawa and pour the battar and make chilla by adding ghee..and cook till golden brown from both the sides...
  4. Now prepare salsa..take a bowl add finely chopped onion,tomatoes and paneer cubes in it...add salt,,,chat masala,pepper,tomato ketchup or amchoor chutney...green chilli and make salsa of it.....
  5. Now apply amchoor chutney on the chilla..add salsa on the centre and roll it...your yummy chilla is ready..serve hot with chutney...
