- It's 1 cup of Green moong dal.
- It's 1 of &1/2 tsp Ginger, garlic.
- It's 1/2 of Beetroot.
- You need 2 of Onions.
- Prepare 1/2 of Carrot.
- You need 1/2 of Capsicum.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper.
- Prepare 1 tsp of jeera powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Ghee.

- Grate all the veggies and place in a plate..
- Wash moong dal,and put in cooker for cooking..
- When it's cooked,take a pan,put 1tsp ghee,give them tadka and put ginger garlic paste and all masala in it.after few minute put boiled moong dal in it.and cooked for few minute.garnish it with few coriender.onece in a week,it tastes good..
