  10. Mean while,take a big pot,add 1 litre water in it,500 ml warm water and 1pinch hing and 1tsp salt..
  11. When they cool down properly,again turn on the gas and this time keep it on high flame and off the flame.
  12. Now soak them water for 10 min,after 10 min squeeze some water from vada.
  13. Then take a plate,add vada in it with curd,black salt,cumin powder,chilli powder, tamarind sauce..
  14. Ready to eat.
