- It's 5-6 of Sliced Garlic Cloves.
- You need 1/2 inch of Sliced Ginger Piece.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Prepared Kadhai Masala.

- Prepare 2 of Capsicum (diced).
- Prepare 2 of Tomatoes (diced).
- It's 2 of Onions (diced).
- You need 200 gms of Paneer (cubed).

- You need 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
- You need 1 tsp of Kasuri Meethi.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chopped Green Coriander Leaves.

- Kadhai Masala - In a pan, take all the ingredients mentioned above for Kadhai masala. Roast everything properly on low to medium flame. Allow it to cool and grind coarsely and keep aside. Kadhai masala is ready..
- Heat up the ghee in a kadhai on low flame. Add cumin seeds. Then add coriander seeds, chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix and cook till tomatoes gets cooked and turns soft..
- Then add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 to 2 mins. Now add prepared kadhai masala and red chilli powder. Mix well..
- Now add capsicum, onions and tomatoes and cook for a minute. Add paneer and mix all well. Now add garam masala, kasuri meethi and green coriander leaves. Mix all well and cook for a minute. Switch off the flame..
