  5. Than transfer them into the bowl filled with water. Soak them for 7-8 mins. Than press them gently between your two palms to remove excess water. Transfer them into the plate.
  6. Now take one bowl add curd to beat with powdered sugar, salt.
  7. Take one plate or bowl. Put soaked vadas. Pour generous amount of curd in it. And top it with red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder. It is ready to serve.

I tried dahi vada, but it turned out bland because there was no saltin the vada only in yogurt.
