  10. You need as per taste of Salt.
  11. Prepare As required of Oil for frying.
  12. You need 2 teaspoon of imli ki chutney.
  13. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  14. Prepare Pinch of asafoetida(hing).
  15. Prepare 2-3 cups of water.

  5. Now press soaked vada on palm remove excess water Amd keep aside.
  6. Take a bowl of curd beat it until smooth.. In a bowl arrange Vasa and pour beaten curd into it.
  7. Keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes... Later in a serving bowl serve Dahi vada sprinkle some red chilli powder some roasted cumin seeds powder chaat masala black salt.
  8. Sprinkle come coriander leaves and enjoy chatpata Dahi vada.

I tried dahi vada, but it turned out bland because there was no saltin the vada only in yogurt.
