  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Hing/asafoetida.

  3. CHANDIYA - soak udad daal wash overnight now grind it with minimum water.with the help of Bangles give the shape of chandia with the help of wet hands insert kali mirch & Deep fried. Now chandiya is ready. For serveing,in hot water add salt 1 tsp add moong daal bada & chandiya soal 1,2 hour & squeeze lightly removed excess water. On serveing plate put Vada & Chandiya add fita dahi,both chutney, sprinkle mirch powder, salt, bhuna jeera & sev Anaar dana & serve it..
