Ingredients of Odiya dahi vada
- Prepare 2 cups of urad daal.
- You need 1 cup of rice.
- You need as required of salt.
- It's 2 cups of curd.
- You need 4 of whole red chillies.
- It's 2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- It's 2 tsp of oil+ for frying.

Odiya dahi vada instructions
- Soak daal and rice and grind together,make a lump free batter..
- Now make vada in oil,you can make with your palm also,grease palm by water,place batter make a dent by thumb and slightly drop in oil and fry until brown,keep all in lukewarm water..
- Now beat curd add 1/2 cup water..
- Heat oil add mustard seeds and red chilli,pour on curd..
- Now place vada in curd by squeezing them and serve..
