- Prepare 1 cup of semolina.
- You need 3/4 cup of yogurt.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger chilli paste.
- It's 1 pinch of Cooking soda.
- It's as needed of Oil.
- It's as needed of Yogurt for dipping pakodas.
- It's as needed of Green chutney.
- It's as needed of Water.
- Prepare As needed of Tamarind chutney.
- You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of Coriander.

Instant dahi vada instructions
- Add yogurt in semolina then add Salt,ginger chilli paste and mix it well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes add little water and cooking soda and mix it well.
- Now fry it like pakoras(deep fry).
- Now take a bowl of water and put hot pakoras in it let it rest 1-2 minutes then press and remove all excess water from it.
- Now put wadas in deep plate and garnish it with thick yogurt, green chutney,tamarind chutney,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander leaves and promogranates.
