- Soak the urad daal overnight.
- Grind the soaked daal and make smooth batter.
- Take this batter in a mixing bowl. Stir it 5-6 min till batter becomes more fluffy.
- Heat the oil in a pan, when oil becomes hot add batter ball filled with 2-3 raisins in the oil and fry till golden, drain it on tissue paper..
- In another bowl take warm water add some salt in it now soak the vada in it for 10 min..
- Remove the excess water, place the vada in surving bowl. Pour smooth curd over it and then add tamarind and green chutney and little chat masala..
- Garnish with some pomegranate seeds and some dry fruits..
