  7. It's to taste of Salt.
  8. It's 2 cup of Yogurt (thick fresh).

  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds roasted.
  12. You need of Sweet tamarind chutney.

  7. Now take out the vadas once done into a bowl of water and let them soak for 10 minutes..
  8. . Now press the vadas so that excess water is out..
  9. Beat the yogurt and place the vadas in a serving bowl and pour the curd all over the vadas..
  10. Sprinkle red chilli powder, black salt, roasted cumin seeds and garnish with sweet tamarind chutney..

I tried dahi vada, but it turned out bland because there was no saltin the vada only in yogurt.
