  5. Abi garam oil me ek ek spoon se uneven shape me daale and reddish hone tak fry karein...
  6. Ek kadai me 3-4cups jitna water boil karein usme 1tbsp jeera powder and 1tsp salt daale.
  7. Paani ko 5mins ke liye boil karein then switch off the gas fir iss paani me fry kiya hua vada daale and keep them for 5mins..then after 5mins squeeze out the water with lightly hands.
  8. For serving:- take a serving plate arrange 3-4 vada pour dahi on it.
  9. Then add meethi chutney coriander chutney a pinch of red chilli powder jeera powder a pinch of chat masala.
  10. Garnish with sev and chopped coriander..ur Dahi vada is ready.

I tried dahi vada, but it turned out bland because there was no saltin the vada only in yogurt.
