Raw banana Dahi vada. Dahi vada is a famous Indian chaat which is usually made with lentils, but to give it a little twist I made these dahi vadas with raw banana or raw plantain. I learnt this dahi vada recipe from my mom. She makes an awesome kachhe kele ke dahi vadas, and here is my attempt to make the same.
Ingredients of Raw banana Dahi vada

- You need 4 of Raw banana.
- Prepare 200 gms of Jimikand/Suran (yam).

- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Roasted cumin powder.

- You need 3 tablespoons of Rajgiri flour.

- You need 1/2 kg of curd.
- It's 100 ml of Milk.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Other Ingredients.
- It's as needed of Sweet chutney.
- It's as needed of Green Chutney.
Raw Banana is one of my most favourite vegetables. I love making everything with this delicious vegetable from kofta curry to dahi vada. In this recipe, I have used raw banana to make tikkis/kebab which is delicious evening snack. - Wash yam and bananas thoroughly peel off the bananas and yam with the help of a knife..

- On a non-stick pan, heat 2 teaspoons of oil and roast the tikki. (Patties).
- Keep the flame on low. In 10 minutes, when roasted from both sides, take them out of the pan..
- For Curd.
- Take a bowl, put a strainer on it now pour the curd in the strainer and leave it for at least half an hour. now the curd has released all it's water into the bowl, throw the water away..
- Now add some milk to the curd and mix it till you collect it all in a bowl. curd will look very smooth and silky. Add salt according to your taste..
- To serve.
- Put the Tikki on a plate.add yogurt to it. Serve with sweet sauce and green chutney.
