Ingredients of Kadhai Paneer
- It's 250 gm of Cottage cheese/Paneer (diced).
- Prepare 2 of onion (1 and 1/2 onion sliced and 1/2 onion diced).
- You need 3 of Tomato.
- It's 5 cloves of Garlic.
- It's 1 inch of Ginger (cut into small cubes).
- You need 2 of Green chilli.
- Prepare 1/2 of Capsicum (diced).

- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and into it add garlic and ginger and saute it..

- Into it add diced onion and capsicum and cook it for 3-4 minutes then add onion-tomato paste into it and cook it for 7-8 minutes..
- Now add cream and sugar in this mixture and cook it for another 2 minutes..
- Then add water as per your requirement and cook it for 5-7 minutes..
- Then add paneer cubes and garam masala powder into it and cook for 3-4 minutes..
- Your kadhai paneer is ready to serve now..
