  7. Make small balls from dal mixer with your palms and put in hot oil, keep the flame medium..
  8. Put 4 to 5 vadas at one time..
  9. Fry vadas on medium high flame..
  10. Take out vadas on tissue paper..
  11. Make all vadas like this..
  12. Put vadas in hot water for 5 minutes..
  13. Squeeze vadas and put in a plate..
  14. Pour curd mixer on vadas..
  15. Apply roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder..
  16. Apply sweet tamarind chutney on it..
  17. Garnish with sev and serve..
