  1. Wash urad dal and soak it for 2 hours at least..

  14. Add boiled potatoes and 2 cups of water. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes and it's done..
  15. Time for plating. Take a big bowl add 2-3 dahi vada, some aloo dum and garnish it with chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves and green chilli. Add sev and serve hot..
