  1. It's 3 cups of Moong dal.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of udad dal.
  3. You need 750 grms of Curd(Dahi).
  4. It's 3 glasses of buttermilk.
  5. You need of Oil for deep frying.
  6. It's 1/2 Table spoon of salt.
  7. It's 1/4 Tea spoon of cooking soda.
  8. It's 1/2 Tea spoon of chilli powder.
  9. You need 1/2 Tea spoon of coriander powder.
  10. Prepare 1/2 Tea spoon of Garam Masala.
  11. You need 1/2 Tea spoon of Chat Masala.
  12. You need 4 Table spoon of Coriander leaves for garnishing.

  6. Till it salks buttermilk, Will prepare curd. Will add 4 Table spoon of sugar in curd and mix it well till sugar gets dissolved..
  7. Finally, Will prepare a dish, Will Serve vadas in plate. Afterwards will pour sweet curd on it. Then will sprinkle chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, Garam Masala and Chat Masala on it. Will garnish it with Coriander leaves... it's so.... Delicious😋😊.

I tried dahi vada, but it turned out bland because there was no saltin the vada only in yogurt.
