Masala Aloo methi instructions
- In a pan add oil, garlic and green chilli and onion cook for 5 min on medium flame.
- Next add methi and potatoes cook for 5 min till potatoes becomes soft.
- Next add tomatoes and all spices and mix well now close the lid and let tomatoes cook for 10-15 min.
- After tomatoes become soft close the lid for 5 min and cook on slow flame..
- Lastly garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati..
