- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- It's 1 tsp of jeera.
- You need 2 of green chilly.
- It's 3 of potato cut in cubes.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of haldi.
- It's to taste of salt.

Methi Aloo Ki Sabzi step by step
- Soak methi leaves with enough water along with 1 tsp salt..
- Rinse well making sure the dirt is gone..
- Chop the methi leaves and keep aside..
- In a large kadai heat oil, and splutter jeera. Add green chilly & Saute a little while..
- Further add cubed potatoes, make sure to peel the skin off.
- Now add haldi & salt, saute for a minute make sure the oil is coated well..
- Add little water, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked properly..
- Now add chopped methi leaves and little salt..
- Saute for 1 minute or until methi leaves shrinks..
- Cover & cook for 5 minutes or until methi cooked properly..
- Finally enjoy the Methi Aloo sabzi with hot chapati..
