Ingredients of METHI ALOO (Fenugreek Leaves)
- Prepare of Oil half cup.
- You need of Onion 3 chopped.
- You need of Garlic cloves 6 chopped.
- It's of Salt as your taste.
- You need of Tomatoes 4 chopped.
- You need of Turmeric powder half tsp.
- It's 1 tbsp of Zeera (Cumin) & black pepper powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's of Water 4-5 tbsp. (for frying spices) if required.
- Prepare 3 cubes of Potatoes.
- Prepare of Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) half kg.
- It's 8-10 of Green chilies.
- You need 1 glass of Water.

- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add Onion and garlic cloves and cook until saute..

- Cover it to cook for 5 mins at high flame then turn it to low flame (keep stirring in between) until the leaves are cooked, the moisture dries out and the potatoes are done.
- Methi Aloo is ready Serve with roti, rice or Naan..
