- Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.
- Prepare 5-6 of green chillies washed and cut vertically.
- It's of Salt to taste(the leaves contain salt already and they become very little when cooked, so take care of the quantity).
- Prepare of U can also add turmeric powder if u wish.

- Add oil in a pan on medium heat. As the oil gets warm Add asafoetida, jeera, sliced chillies and cubed potatoes to it. Sprinkle some salt just for the potatoes..
- Let them roast on medium flame until the potatoes are cooked and crisp..
- Add Methi leaves, add salt according to the leaves. Mix well and cover it for 5-10 min. As the leaves cook very fast, it doesn’t takes much time to get ready..
- Serve hot with parathas in the morning and believe me it’s one delight, nobody wants to miss during winters...
