Methi aloo. Potatoes and fenugreek leaves are a lovely combination together. At home, I make aloo methi two ways. One is this Punjabi recipe and the other is my mom's version of Methi aloo with garlic and onions.
Ingredients of Methi aloo
- You need 5 of Aloo.
- You need 250 gm of methi.

- You need 4 of green chilli.
- You need of Salt.....As taste.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 2 tsp of oil.
- You need 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Heat the pan and add oil. Add onion and fry properly. Then add green chilli.....
- Then add tomato.... Then add all spices.
- Now add Potato,add turmeric powder mix well.....
- Then add methi,add salt mix well....
- Now it's ready to eat with chapatis..........
