- Cut carrot, potato and chop methi.
- Take oil, put jeera, hing and chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add carrot, pea and potato.
- Add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
- Cover it till it becomes soft.
- Add methi and mix well.
- Cover again and add amchur powder.
