- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1 tsp of jeera.
- You need of red chilli powder to taste.
- It's 1 tsp of oil.
- You need 1 tsp of amchur powder.

- Wash the chopped methi..
- Cut the potato in small cubes.
- Take a wok..
- Add oil..
- When heated put the hing and jeera into it..
- Now put methi and aloo..
- Add salt, redchilli powder..
- Mix it..
- Cover with the lid and simmer the gas..
- After few mins open it and again stirr and mix it..
- Again cover the lid..
- After 5 mins put the garam masala and amchur powder..
- Mix it..
- And now it's ready..
