  1. Chop Green Chillies very-very finely & grind tomato finely into purée in a mixer grinder..
  2. Grind Kaju pieces finely into powder in a mixer grinder..
  3. Pierce all aloo pieces with the help of a fork or toothpick so that they absorb gravy properly..
  4. Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Mustard oil in it & keep the gas on high flame to burn the oil first..
  5. When smoke starts coming out of Kadhai, turn off the flame & let the oil cool down a bit..
  6. After some time again turn on the gas & keep it on medium flame..
  7. Then add Khade masale in it & let them sizzle..
  8. When they start sizzling, add spices finely chopped green chillies, powdered Kaju in it & roast them in oil for 1 minute..
  9. After 1 minute, add spices mix in it & roast them for 2 minutes..
  10. After 2 minutes, add finely grinded tomato purée in it with 1 Tea Spoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly..
  11. After 4-5 minutes, lower the flame & add 1 Cup Dahi in it & cook them for 2-3 minutes,.
  12. After 2-3 minutes, add boiled aloo pieces in it with some water & mix them properly..
  13. Now cover the lid & cook them for 10-15 minutes.
  14. After 10-15 minutes, Open the lid & add 1 Tea Spoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly..
