Ingredients of Kadai Paneer
- You need 1 inch of Ginger.
- You need 1/2 cup of Garlic.

- Prepare 2 pieces of Bay leaf.
- Prepare 10 grams of Whole garam masala.
- It's 2 tsp of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- Prepare 2 medium sized of Roughly chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 250 grams of Paneer.
- You need 1/2 cup of Sliced onions.
- It's 1/2 cup of Chopped coriander leaves.
- You need 3 medium sized of Roughly chopped tomatoes.
- It's As required of Hot Water (As you want gravy).
- It's 4 tbsp of Refined oil.
- It's 3 tbsp of Cashew nuts.
- It's 3 tbsp of Musk melon seeds (magaz).

- Again take a grinding jar & add magaz & cashew nuts, water (1 tbsp). Then blend it..
- Heat a kadai & add whole garam masala, bay leaf. Dry roast the spices for KadHai masala for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until fragrant. Take aside. Let it cool down a bit & then grind to a fine powder..
- Add 4 tbsp refined oil to the kadai.Then add roughly chopped capsicum.Fry it for 1 minute on high flame.Then take aside..
- Add paneer to the rest oil in kadHai. Fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Then take aside..
- Add sliced onions & saute it for 2 minutes until softened..
- Add masala paste, salt (1 tsp), turmeric powder (1 tsp), coriander powder (1 tsp). Cook for around 5 minutes...
- Keep stirring to avoid burning..
- Add paste (Magaz + Cashew nuts).Mix it well. Cook it for 3 minutes..
- Then add cumin powder, kadhai masala that you prepared earlier..
- Cook it for another 30 seconds. Then mix fried paneer & capsicum to the Kadhai..
- Add hot water & 1 tsp salt (as you want gravy). Cook it for 2 minutes..
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves. Now enjoy the kadhai paneer..
