- Heat the pan put oil add cardamom,,clove, pepper & bay leaf; cinnamon sticks now let it saute for a bit and let the fragrance set in the oil now add onion saute it with a pinch of salt till pink in colour add ginger garlic paste saute it..
- So that smell of raw goes add red chilli, turmeric powder,garam masala, kasuri methi mix it well add two or three tbsp of water mix it well.
- Now add tomatoes puree and saute it for 4 min in low frame then add green chillies switch of frame add yogurt mix it well.
- Now turn the gas in low frame add fresh methi, salt mix it well with the tempering add little water and cook for 5 mins in low flame..
- Now add fresh cream and fried potato cubes and cook for 2 mins and it's ready to serve..
