- You need 1 tsp of Dry Coriander.
- You need 2 of tomato chopped.
- You need 2 bunches of Chopped methi leaves.
- It's 3/4 tsp of Garam masala.
- You need as needed of Green Coriander(optional).

Aloo methi step by step
- In a kadhai take oil add jeera, Hing, fry then add Onion pieces, green chillies chopped, ginger garlic paste..
- Add Potato pieces fry a little add salt and sprinkle little water and cover until the potatoes becomes soft..
- Then add tomato pieces,chopped methi leaves and coriander Leaves, add garam masala, Chilli powder, turmeric powder,dry Coriander powder, fry a little and cover it for sometime..
- Serve hot with Chappathi..
