- Drain and squeeze extra water..
- Grind and keep it aside..
- Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a kadai..
- Add whole garam masalas and onions..
- Saute onions till transparent..
- Add tomatoes ;ginger ;garlic and green chilli paste..
- Mix well..
- Add all the dry masalas and malai..
- Saute till oil leaves the sides of the pan..
- Keep it aside and allow it to cool..
- Grind onions,tomatoes,ginger ;garlic,green chillies and Kaju to a smooth paste..
- Boil Gobi florets for 10mins..
- Drain and check no worms are there..
- Keep it aside to cool..
- Meanwhile in a kadai heat oil..
- Sprinkle little salt on Gobi..
- Sprinkle little salt on aloo.
- Mix and fry separately till they are soft,tender and golden in colour..
- Keep it aside..
- In a kadai, heat remaining 2tbsp ghee and add methi paste..
- Saute for 10mins and add onion and tomato paste..
- Saute for 10mins..
- Add 2 cups of water..
- Boil for 10-15 mins..
- Add aloo and gobi..
- Mix well..
- Boil for more 10-15mins..
- Adjust the taste..
- Transfer in a serving dish..
- Serve hot with kulchas,parathas or rotis..
