Methi aloo. Potatoes and fenugreek leaves are a lovely combination together. At home, I make aloo methi two ways. One is this Punjabi recipe and the other is my mom's version of Methi aloo with garlic and onions.
Ingredients of Methi aloo
- Prepare 500 gm of Methi.
- Prepare 3-4 of potato (cut into pieces).
- Prepare 2-3 of green chilli chopped.
- You need 1/2 of ts salt.
- It's 1/4 of ts red chilli.
- You need 1/4 of ts haladi.
- It's 1/4 of ts garam masala.
- You need 1 tablespoon of oil.

- Pakne par gas off karein.or garam masala daal kar mix karein..
