Ingredients of Matar methi samosa
- It's 100 gm of Dough- maida/ all purpose flour.
- It's 1 tsp of oil.
- It's 1/2 tsp of ajwain (carrom seeds).
- It's as needed of fenugreek leaves (finely chopped).
- It's 1cup of peas filling mixture cooked peas.
- It's 1/2 tsp of salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of chhat masala.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of aamchur powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of hing /asafoetida.
- Prepare as needed of oil for frying.
