Leftover Aloo methi ka Parantha. Aloo Methi Paratha is best served with raita, butter and aam ka achaar. These Methi Paratha are one of our favourite winter breakfast. Almost, a weekly ritual all over the season, till the family had enough of them.
Ingredients of Leftover Aloo methi ka Parantha
- Prepare 1 bowl of kneeded wheatflour dough.
- Prepare 2 cup of aloo methi veg.
- You need 2 of onions.
- It's 2 of green chillies.
- You need to taste of Salt.
Add water little at a time and prepare a soft dough just as we make dough for chapati. Grease your hands with oil and knead it well. Cover it and let it rest for some time. Flip the Aloo Methi paratha and cook a little.
Leftover Aloo methi ka Parantha step by step
- In a bowl mash the aloo methi sabzi.
- Add chopped onion.
- Add chopped green chilli.
- Add little salt.
- Mix well.
- Fill in the flour ball and flatten it.
- Now heat tawa and cook the parantha with ghee.
- When it becomes golden brown from both sides.Serve.with butter.
Flip the Aloo Methi paratha, press it lightly on the edges and cook the paratha well one one side. Once the aloo methi paratha is cooked nicely on both sides, remove it on a plate. Serve the aloo methi parathas (methi aloo paratha) hot with fresh curds or pickle. Smash the dry Aloo Sabji nicely with hands or potato smasher.
