Methi aloo. Potatoes and fenugreek leaves are a lovely combination together. At home, I make aloo methi two ways. One is this Punjabi recipe and the other is my mom's version of Methi aloo with garlic and onions.

  2. It's 2 of Potato.
  3. You need 1 of Tomato.
  4. It's of Oil.
  5. You need of Ginger garlic green chillies paste.

Methi aloo instructions

  1. First boil methi in cooker after 2 whistle turn off gas. Then fry the potato in pan separately.
  2. Now take pan add oil and Ginger garlic green chilli paste.
  3. When colour change light brown add boil methi on high falme.
  4. After 2 min add tomatoes and masala like red chilli turmeric,salt,ddaniya powder.
  5. Now add fry potato and slow gas for 5 min...and it's ready to eat.
