There is no limitation to what kind of stuffed. I tried Aloo paratha only recently, all these days I felt it was hard enough to make. And with stuffing inside I thought I would surely mess it up???. But finally had the guts to try it out and now am confident enough to make it again.
Stuffed oats and Aloo Paratha instructions
- Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly and knead properly..
- Mash boiled potatoes. Add oats, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and carrom seeds and mix well. Make ball of this mixture..
- Take a portion of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin like a chapati and place a ball of stuffing and cover it by bringing edges to the centre..
- Roll it like a paratha. Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast on medium flame till golden..
- Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown. Like wise make all paratha..
- Serve hot with curd or pickle..
