Vegan Crepes (pancakes). This makes a great batter, which then makes a great crepe. Soy milk, hazelnut syrup, water, margarine and flour. Mix the batter, chill and pour into a hot pan.
Ingredients of Vegan Crepes (pancakes)
- It's 5 of ripe bananas.

The crepes (or pancakes for the thicker ones) turned out quite tasty. I tried the recipe because my daughter, a recent vegan, was coming for brunch. I would use it again, (even without her). Fabulously simple, it's hard to believe these are vegan.

These are still as light and moreish as their eggy counterparts, just a teeny bit better for you. I love pancakes, and every year I like to focus on bringing a new pancake recipe to the blog. This year, however, you're being treated to two new recipes - both vegan! These vegan crepes are super easy to make, and can be eaten as part of a sweet breakfast or stuffed with savory fillings for an elegant dinner. Crepes seem pretty fancy and all, almost like extra fancy pancakes, but in a way, they're actually kind of like extra lazy pancakes.
