- For Making Pakoda:Take a Big Bowl add Chopped Onion 400 gm then,Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon, Chopped Green Chillies 1 Spoon, Salt 1 Spoon, mix well then add Baking Soda 1/2 Spoon, Ajwain 1 Spoon, Turmeric Powder 1 Spoon,Curd 2 Spoon mix well then add Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Spoon full mix well all ingredients together..
- After mixing all the ingredients then take a Kadhai add Mustard or any Cooking Oil heat on medium flame..Then put the mixture in the Kadhai on medium flame and fry all PAKODA's and Keep aside..
- For Making Kadhi: Take a Big Bowl add Chickpea flour/Besan 1 Cup,Curd 1Cup full,1 Spoon Red Chilli Powder,1 Spoon Turmeric Powder,1 Spoon Salt, Kasuri Methi 1 Spoon, Ajwain 1 Spoon,Mix well then add Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well all ingredients and 1 Cup full water and Blend it with Spoon for making smooth paste..
- Now take a Kadhai add any Cooking Oil or Mustard Oil heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds,Dry Red Chilli 2 Pieces, Black Pepper 1/2 Spoon, Fenugreek/ Methi 1 Spoon heat for 2 min then add 1 Cup Chopped Onion heat for 2 to 3 min fry pour the Kadhi Paste into it and Stir continuously till getting thick After getting thick better again pour water into it as per required for making consistency,put salt if required and boil for 5-7 min.
- Afterwards time for adding PAKODA in Kadhi, When Kadhi is Cooked add PAKODA in it and Switch off the flame and mix well then add Special Twist Tadka: Take a Tadka Spoon add 2 Spoon Desi Ghee,1 Spoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder,Dry Red Chilli 2 Pieces, Cumin 1 Spoon heat for 2 min then add Tadka to Kadhi Pakoda and Mix well..
