- It's 1 cup of onions (diced).
- You need 1 tablespoon of garlic.

- Prepare pinch of Asafoetida.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tablespoon of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Garam masala.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Salt.

- Take curd,besan, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl add 4 cups of water and mix well with the help of whisk.
- Shift it in a kadhai add bay leaves and cook it for 15-20 mins and switch off the gas.
- Take a pan add oil then add paanch phoran and dry red chilli once it starts crackling add garlic,ginger and onions and cook till it is golden brown..add all the dry masalas and switch off the gas.
- Switch on the gas in which u have kept kadhi Add tadka in it...mix well.
- For pakodi take besan add red chilli powder,salt and baking soda then add water and make thick batter...heat oil in kadhai and make pakodis.
- Then add pakodis in kadhi and switch off the gas....
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
