  1. You need 6 tbsp of besan.
  2. It's 250 gms of fresh curd.

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add slice onion, besan, salt, haldi, red chilli powder, litte bit of Coriander powder, mix it all together..
  2. Take a frying pan pour oil,head the oil now make a pakoda till it's turn golden brown, keep it aside..
  3. Now take another mixing bowl,add 2tbsp of besan make it very smooth battle, lumps free, with the help of water, keep it aside..
  4. Take another pan add some oil heat it now add, chopped green chilli, saboot red chilli, hing, red chili powder, haldi, saboot jeera, methi, mustard seed, fry it all together till 15 seconds..
  5. Now pour the smooth battle of besan add 2 glasses of water, continuous still it, when it boiling now add pakoda in to it, now add salt to your taste..
  6. Lastly, add curd before add curd mix it well it turns creamy, boil it for 10 min in medium flame, our delicious kadhi pakoda is ready, serve it with rice and enjoy..
